HVAC water leaks and condensation problems can cause major mold growth in South Florida properties. On this project, we worked with our client and their insurance company to estimate the scope, fix the HVAC system, remove the mold, and rebuild the home. Our client opted for an upgraded porcelain tile floor and popcorn removal on the ceilings. We are experts at insurance billing and handle the entire process from start to finish.
Project Goals
1- Perform an air quality test and obtain a protocol for the mold remediation.
2- Follow the protocol to set up a containment barrier, place air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, and remove the mold.
3- Obtain a clearance report and prepare the area for reconstruction.
4- Set up client portal for material selections, and reconstruction timeline.
5- Obtain a certificate of completion and satisfaction signed by the client.
